Partners who use EMI Locker must: inform customers and obtain their agreement at the time of sale; use locking only for genuine overdue payments under the customer's agreement; unlock promptly after payment; never block emergency calls; and follow all applicable laws and regulatory guidance on fair recovery practices. We may suspend access for misuse.
5. Intellectual property
The Keyzone name, logo, website content and software belong to Keyzone Software.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Keyzone is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
